Beth is the firm’s litigation paralegal with more than 25 years of experience.  Prior to transitioning to Neill Legal Group, Beth joined Casey Legal Group in 2020 after nearly nine years at Cantrill Skinner Lewis Casey & Sorensen.  Her other broad experience includes several years as a paralegal with Albertsons Inc. and another large Boise-based law firm.

She has experience in all types of litigation and is a Certified Workers’ Compensation Specialist.  Her areas of focus include all types of litigation, from agricultural damage to construction defects, general business, workers’ compensation and personal injury defense, and administrative and appellate practice.
